“This is a wonderfully welcoming cottage, its secure garden a thoughtful touch for dog owners, and the woodburner on hand for those cooler Northumberland evenings is a particular joy. It's a comfortable base, impeccably clean and nicely appointed, with friendly hosts nearby. The well-arranged kitchen and the en-suite bedrooms feel quite luxurious for a place of its size.
